Victoria Beckham’s secret to 22 years of happy marriage with David Beckham

David Beckham and Victoria Beckham got married 22 years ago. On Oct 12, Victoria made a special appearance on Good Morning America to promote her new beauty products. The fashion designer and former Spice Girl member were asked if she had any marriage advice to pass down to her children.

“We’re very supportive of each other. He’s an incredible dad and a wonderful husband, and we have a lot of fun,” Victoria said about the former Manchester United player.

“We support each other in everything that we do. But it’s about having fun, enjoying that person’s company, I genuinely love being with him,” added the 47-year-old. The former Spice Girls singer also joked that: “After all these years, it’s a bonus!”

On July 4, the couple celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary.

Host Michael Strahan asked Victoria if she would return and perform with the Spice Girls. Unfortunately for those hoping for a reunion, the answer was no, reported The Star.

“I think you asked me this the last time! You know I think the Spice Girls were such a big success, but I think my times of singing on stage are behind me,” she said.

Born April 17, 1974, Victoria Caroline Beckham is an English singer, songwriter, fashion designer and television personality.

She rose to prominence in the 1990s as a member of the girl group Spice Girls, in which she was nicknamed Posh Spice. With over 100 million records sold worldwide, the group became the best-selling female group of all time.

After the Spice Girls split in 2001, Beckham was signed to Virgin Records, in which she released her self-titled debut solo album which produced two UK Top 10 singles.

Beckham has starred in five official documentaries and reality shows, including Victoria’s Secrets (2000), Being Victoria Beckham (2002), The Real Beckhams (2003), Victoria Beckham – A Mile In Their Shoes (2004), and Victoria Beckham: Coming to America (2007).

She has since made a cameo appearance in an episode of Ugly Betty (2007), and has been a guest judge on Project Runway (2008), Germany’s Next Topmodel (2009), and American Idol (2010). /TISG
