How did Jo Teo become a Minister? Netizens wonder

The Straits Times (ST) today carried an interview with Senior Minister of State Josephine Teo where she said that you do not need much space to have sex. She was responding to complaints that Parenthood Priority Scheme (PPS) flats do not get allocated fast enough for couples to have babies.

ST posted the link to the story in their Facebook, and several commenters besides expressing disappointment with the Minister’s comments also asked how she was made to be in-charge of the National Population and Talent Board.
